The purpose of this Request for Standing Offers is to establish Regional Individual Standing Offers for the provision of dairy products, on an "as and when requested" basis, for the Department of National Defence (DND), Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Kingston.
It is the intention of Canada to issue three (3) Regional Individual Standing Offer for this requirement for each of the following periods:
Period A: 1-June-2019 to 30-November-2019
Period B: 1-December-2019 to 31-May-2020
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
Offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers process. Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the request for standing offers process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
