Correctional Services Canada, at Bowden Institution in Innisfail, AB, has the requirement for aRegional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for th
e supply, delivery and off-loading of canteen groceries for sale in the
inmate canteen, on an as required basis.
The period of the Standing Offer will be for a full two (2) years from July1, 2017 to June 30, 2019.
The requirement is subject to the provisions the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods and/or services.
This Standing Offer cannot be used for requirements in locations which fall under the Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business, the Set-Aside Program for Aboriginal Business, and Comprehensive Land Claim Agreements.
