Nature of Requirements:
This Request for Supply Arrangement (RFSA) is published in order
to provide for the supply, as required, of various electrical
parts and components from one or more categories of electrical
products at Annex "A" of the solicitation.
Deliveries of these goods will be only for destinations within
the province of Ontario, including the National Capital Region
(NCR), as well as Quebec and the Atlantic provinces.
The period during which contracts will be awarded under any
Supply Arrangement (SA) issued pursuant to this RFSA will be for
two (2) years commencing on the date of issuance. The Supply
Arrangements will also grant to Canada the option to extend the
period by up to three (3) additional one (1) year periods under
the same conditions.
Further to the publication of this RFSA, Canada intends to issue
supply arrangements to all suppliers who qualify by meeting all
the requirements set out in this RFSA.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
