Title: Dairy Products
The purpose of this Request for Standing Offers is to establish a Regional Individual Standing Offer for the provision of dairy products, on an "as and when requested" basis, for the Department of National Defence (DND), Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Trenton and Canadian Forces Station (CFS) Alert. Items destined for CFS Alert must be delivered to CFB Trenton for furtherance by DND to CFS Alert.
It is the intention of the Crown to issue one Regional Individual Standing Offer for this requirement.
The period of the Standing Offer is from March 1st, 2018 to February 28th, 2019.
This procurement is subject to the Nunavut Land Claims Agreement.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
The requirement is limited to Canadian goods and/or services.
Offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers process. Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the request for standing offers process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
