REQUEST FOR STANDING OFFER
DAIRY, EGG AND CHEESE
BOWDEN AND DRUMHELLER INSTITUTIONS
REQUIREMENT
This Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) is for the supply
and delivery of Dairy, Eggs and Cheese Products as required by
Correctional Service of Canada, Bowden and Drumheller
Institutions, located in Bowden and Innisfail, Alberta. All
products required must be alcohol free. No glass containers
will be accepted.
Note: Offerors are required to submit offers for a minimum of
at least one (1) of the Dairy, Egg, or Cheese Food Product
Lists, but are not required to submit an offer for all three (3)
product lists. Offerors must provide pricing for a minimum of
NINTY-FIVE (95) percent of the items listed in the Product
List(s) that they submit an offer on.
Up to three (3) Standing Offers may be awarded, but only one (1)
Standing Offer will be awarded per Product List.
Quantities:
The items and estimated quantities required are listed in Annex
B, Working Documents - List of Products
Period of Standing Offer:
Date of standing offer award to 30 June 2013.
Debriefings:
After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request
to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt
of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The debriefing
may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
