Nature of Requirements:
The Canadian Intellectual Property Office (CIPO) requires access to a large number of multimedia assets on a royalty-free site for use in CIPO's communications tools.
The solicitation is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract for a period beginning on
Contract Award Date and ending two (2) years later, and includes up to three (3) irrevocable
option years allowing Canada to extend the term of the Contract.
