Nature of Requirements:
Provision of a complete uniform management program for the
Department of Fisheries and Oceans. Uniforms are required for
650 users across Canada. Bidders must have the capability of
manufacturing or sourcing over 50 garment items in accordance
with specifications provided, receiving orders by Web site,
sizing individuals, managing inventory, delivering completed
clothing items, tracking items, reporting, and designing
garments or changes to garments, as detailed in the Statement of
Requirement and the Request for Proposal. Deliveries range from
2 to 45 calendar days. One contract is expected to be in effect
for two years with three one-year option periods for a possible
total of five years. There are no sealed samples in PWGSC
regional offices due to the number of items required.
To ensure a response before the bid closing date, all enquiries
about this requirement must be submitted in writing and received
by the Contracting Authority at least four (4) calendar days
prior to the closing date.
