Description of Work:
Marine Spatial Data Infrastructure (MSDI) Prototype was successfully developed in 2016. Now after it successful presentation the MSDI enters its next phase of development and implementation. The Department of Fisheries and Oceans (DFO) wants to acquire the services of one (1) junior GIS Application Architect, one (1) senior GIS Project Manager / ArcGIS architect and three (3) junior GIS Web Mapping Developers to: (1) rework the MSDI home webpage will to fit MSDI vision (Usage of themes and classes); (2) customize and make new developments with the technical experts to fit the needs of three different topics (Risk Response Planning, Hydrography, Marine Cadastre/Administration); and (3) integrate at least 300 data sets in the MSDI.
