This procurement is set aside from all the relevant trade agreements pursuant to the set-aside provisions for Indigenous businesses or for small and minority businesses.

Description:
The intent of the Crown is to renovate, both the interior and exterior, two houses and one facility building in Gjoa Haven, Nunavut.
The Contractor must perform and complete the Work by 2023 December 15th.
There is a security requirement associated with the requirement.

Basis of Selection: Highest Combined Point Rating of the Inuit Benefit Plan, which includes Inuit Benefits Criteria (IBC), Nunavut Benefits Criteria (NBC) and Price, will be recommended for contract award.
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
The RCMP has adopted the Integrity Regime administered by Public Services and Procurement Canada. As a result, the integrity provisions are being applied in RCMP contracting activities as outlined in this solicitation.
