Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the supply of
Propane and the rental of propane tanks on an "as and when
requested" basis, to the Department of National Defence,
Canadian Forces Base Shilo, Shilo, Manitoba.
RISO will be for a two-year period with the option to extend for
an additional two one-year periods.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
