Further to our Notice posted on Merx on November 19, this is to
update suppliers on the Data Collection component:
A. Online Data Collection Component - PWGSC has implemented
an online Data Collection component, which is replacing the
previous "fill able" excel spreadsheet templates for the Task
Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS), the Task and
Solutions Based Professional Services (TSPS) and ProServices
methods of supply. New and existing Suppliers must use the data
collection component. Information on the use of the component
is available through the following link:
http://www.tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca/app-acq/spc-cps/spc-cps-…
The new online Data Collection component has been launched and
is available for Suppliers to enrol and be in a "ready state" to
respond to solicitations.
Suppliers are still required to download the applicable
solicitation document from www.merx.com and respond to all of
the requirements identified in the solicitation.
B. Solicitation Dashboard - As part of the online Data
Collection component, Suppliers will have a Solicitation
Dashboard that will provide Suppliers information on PWGSC's
Professional Services Standing Offers and Supply Arrangements
that are anticipated to be issued. Once a solicitation appears
under "Open Solicitations" under the Solicitation Dashboard,
Suppliers will then be able to start preparing their response.
C. In the future, additional PWGSC Professional Services Methods
of Supply may use this online Data Collection component.
D. For additional updates on ProServices, please check the
PSOnline website for further
details as they become available:
