DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUIREMENT:
The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has a requirement for one (1) senior-level Organizational Development Consultant to support the CBSA with the establishment of the Organizational Development (OD)/ Change Management capacity to facilitate operationalization of the new functional management approach in line with organizational structure changes. The focus of the work involves the alignment of the leadership to enable and support reforms.

PROPOSED PERIOD OF CONTRACT:
THE PROPOSED PERIOD OF THE CONTRACT SHALL be for a duration of one (1) year along with one (1) additional three (3) month period.
ESTIMATED LEVEL OF EFFORT OF THE CONTRACT WILL BE FOR: sixty (60) days
