Avis de projet de marchéServices partagés Canada (SPC) a une exigence pour matériel et logiciel PureStore / EverPure et la maintenance et le soutien sur le  matériel et le logiciel, ou l’équivalent, au nom du Ministère de la Défense nationale (MDN), pour livraison à un emplacement en Gatineau, Québec, comme indiqué dans la demande de soumissions ci-jointe. Ce processus a pour but de se traduire par l'attribution d'un contrat unique pour la livraison des biens et/ou services. La durée du contrat comprends la période initiale du contrat, et la période de livraison, d'acceptation et de garantie. Politique sur l’approvisionnement réciproque : Le présent appel d’offres est ouvert aux fournisseurs canadiens et aux fournisseurs d’un partenaire commercial applicable.Une soumission doit respecter toutes les exigences de la demande de soumissions pour être déclarée recevable. La soumission recevable avec le prix évalué le plus bas sera recommandée pour l’attribution d’un contrat. Le soumissionnaire doit soumettre des prix conformément à l’annexe A – Liste des produits livrables et des prix. Le Canada se réserve le droit de négocier avec des fournisseurs pour tout approvisionnement.Veuillez consulter le document de demande de prix pour les détails concernant ce besoin, y compris les critères obligatoires, les critères d’évaluation et méthode de sélection. Tender description

Notice of Amendment 001This amendment is raised to:

 

1. Publish Canada’s response to questions raised by suppliers up to September 29, 2026; and2. Modify the title of the solicitation documents to amend the manufacture’s name.  Notice of Proposed ProcurementShared Services Canada (SSC) has a requirement for PureStore/EverPure Hardware, software and Maintenance and Support, or equivalent, on behalf of the Department of National Defence (DND), for delivery to a location in Gatineau, Québec, as outlined in the attached Request for Quotations. This process is intended to result in the award of one contract for the delivery of goods and/or services. The Contract period includes the initial contract period, including the period for delivery, acceptance and warranty. Policy on Reciprocal Procurement: This solicitation of bids is open to Canadian suppliers and to suppliers of an applicable trading partner.A bid must comply with all requirements of the bid solicitation to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract. The Bidder must submit pricing in accordance with Annex A – List of Deliverables and Pricing. Canada retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.Please refer to the Request for Quotations document for the complete details regarding this requirement including the mandatory criteria, evaluation criteria and basis of selection. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.Suppliers are required to submit bids electronically using the Contracting Authority’s email.
