IMPORTANT NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Government of Canada moved its Government Electronic Tendering

Since June 1st 2013, Canada makes available Notices of Proposed
Procurement (NPP), bid solicitations and related documents for
download through the Government Electronic Tendering Service
(GETS) at Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders.

Canada is not responsible and will not assume any liabilities
whatsoever for the information found on websites of third

In the event an NPP, bid solicitation or related documentation

SET-ASIDE UNDER THE PROCUREMENT STRATEGY FOR ABORIGINAL BUSINESS
This procurement is set aside under the federal government's
Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Work of this Contract comprises all the preparatory work
required for the repair of the wharf located in La Romaine, QC.

More precisely, Work to include, without limitation, localized
repairs at the surface of the pier concrete deck, localized
repairs of the steel sheet piling, placing a steel plate onto
the pier concrete deck, placing sand-cement bags to counter the
effects of scouring below the concrete deck slab.

MANDATORY CRITERIA AT CLOSING DATE
The Bidder shall enclose bid security with its bid;

CODE OF CONDUCT CERTIFICATIONS - CONSENT T0 A CRIMINAL RECORD
VERIFICATION:

Bidders must provide with their bid or promptly thereafter a
complete list of names of all individuals who are currently
directors of the Bidder. If the required names have not been
received by the time the evaluation of bids is completed, Canada
will inform the Bidder of a time frame within which to provide
the information. Failure to comply will render the bid
non-responsive.

Canada may, at any time, request that a Bidder provide properly
completed and Signed Consent Forms (Consent to a Criminal Record
Verification form - PWGSC-TPSGC 229) for any or all individuals
aforementioned within the time specified. Failure to provide
such Consent Forms within the time period provided will result
in the bid being declared non-responsive.

PERIOD OF WORK
The work shall be completed within 6 weeks from the date of
notification of acceptance of the offer.

BUDGET
The budget, for this project, is between 100 001 $ and 250 000 $
(including GST and QST)
