This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number 23240-210631/A dated April 8, 2021 with a closing of May 25, 2021 at 14:00 EST. A debriefing has been provided to bidders who bid on the previous solicitation.
Requirement
Public Service and Procurement Canada (PSPC) has a requirement for the design, supply and delivery of an Electric High Pressure Inline Process heater capable of heating carbon dioxide in liquid, gas and vapour form. This procurement is for Natural Resources Canada CanmetENERGY.
Schedule
The Contractor must deliver the Electric Circulation Heater and all its related components no later than February 26, 2022. The heater will be delivered at a CanmetENERGY facility within the National Capital Area.
Security Requirement
There is no security requirement applicable to the resulting Contract.

Basis of Selection
A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
