Market Study Report for Canadian Forces Housing Agency (CFHA)
Western Region Residential Communities
On behalf of CFHA, Public Works and Government Services Canada
(PWGSC) is commissioning a Market Study Report (MSR) for four
(4) communities in the province of Alberta and three (3)
communities in the provinces of Saskatchewan and Manitoba of the
Western Region in which CFHA provides housing services. The
client is seeking a comprehensive study and analysis of the
rental rates for a range of typical Residential Housing Units
(RHUs).
In addition to the MSR, CFHA has requested that PWGSC obtain
specific, detailed information on comparable RHUs in these four
(4) communities of Alberta and three (3) communities of
Saskatchewan and Manitoba

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
