TITLE: Credit Reporting and Automated Monitoring Services
TRADE AGREEMENTS:
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canada-Korea Free Trade Agreement (CKFTA), Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), Canada-Chili Free Trade Agreement, Canada-Colombia Free Trade Agreement, and the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement.
DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT:
This Request for Proposal cancels and supersedes Request for Proposal number PW-20-00929516 issued on October 13, 2020 and closed on November 2, 2020 at 4:00 PM Atlantic Daylight Time.
ACOA requires access to credit reporting services for commercial businesses and individuals on both national and international commercial business databases, and requires automated monitoring services consisting of updating the business credit reports for ACOA’s clients on a monthly basis with the information provided to ACOA on a platform that can be interfaced with its systems.
PERIOD OF THE CONTRACT:
The period of the Contract is from February 1, 2021 to January 31, 2023, with the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to three (3) additional one (1) year period under the same conditions.
ENQUIRIES – BID SOLICITATION:
All enquiries must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Authority no later than five (5) business days before the bid closing date. Enquiries received after that time may not be addressed prior to the bid closing date.
PROCESS AND SELECTION METHODOLOGY
A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the highest combined rating of technical merit and price will be recommended for award of a contract.
SECURITY REQUIREMENTS:
There is no security requirement associated with this bid solicitation.
