Work Description:

Work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to, the
renovation of the A & D area and remedial work as indicated.

Work will be performed in accordance with the contract schedules
within the scope of work.

Site Visit:
A site visit is scheduled on Tuesday, August 26, 2014 @ 10:00 am
local time. Bidders are to meet at the PWGSC Site Office at the
Kent Institution located at 4732 Cemetary Road, Agassiz, B.C.

Note: All contractors must wear a high visibility vest, which
meets WCB standards, for all site visits including a tender site
visit. No cameras, cell phones (of any type) or lap top
computers are allowed into institutions at any time. All
contractors attending the site visit must to able to provide a
piece of Government issued photo identification at the reception
in order to gain visitor access into institutions.

Delivery Date:
The work shall commence immediately upon official notification
of acceptance of tender by the Contracting Authority and is to
be completed within thirty (30) weeks of contract award.

Value of Project:
To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project
is estimated to cost between $550,000 and $650,000.
