Channel Wall Reconstruction - Fox Island River, NL

Public Works and Government Services Canada has a requirement
for Channel Wall Reconstruction in Fox Island River, NL. Work
under this contract will involve the demoliton and removal of
the existing steel sheet pile and rubblemound channel wall.
Work will also include the reconstruction of a new rubblemound
channel wall on the North side of Fox Island River, in the
community of Fox Island River, NL.

Under the Code of Conduct and Certification provisions, (GI01 of
General Instructions to Bidders, R2710T), Bidders must submit
the following as part of their bid:
1. A complete list of names of all individuals who are currently
directors of the Bidder;
2. A properly completed and signed Consent Form, for each
individual named in the aforementioned list.

IMPORTANT NOTE TO BIDDERS:

Bidders are responsible for obtaining copies of bid forms and
special instructions which are available directly from the MERX
site.

Drawings and Specifications are available for viewing and
downloading in a Portable Document Format (PDF) or in a standard
paper version. Bidders should note that Attachment 1 (ATT 1)
contains the Drawings and Specifications Package (DSP) which
consists of PDF files organized in an industry recognized
directory structure.

It is the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure that all
addenda issued prior to bid closing have been obtained and
addressed in the submitted bid.
