The contractor will support CBSA’s focus to produce and publish a national standard for all infrastructure projects related to Section 6 to ensure consistent application of the Act.
A policy and supporting directives are required to empower management and the CBSA team leads to confidently and consistently apply the provisions, align all relevant Government of Canada policies and provide greater planning and financial certainty for all parties and stakeholders involved.
The contract period will be for approximately less than one (1) year from the date of contract award.
