Summary of work:
Works consist in complete refurbishment of inside of the
building as well as the roof replacement. Works also include
replacement of plumbing and accessories and building
electricity.
Mandatory site visit:
There will be a site visit on September 30, 2014 at 10:00.
Interested bidders are to meet at Correctional Service Canada at
CCC Hochelaga, 6905, rue Hochelaga, Québec, H1N 1Y9.
The site visit for this project is MANDATORY. The
representative of the bidder will be required to sign the Site
Visit Attendance Sheet at the site visit. Bids submitted by
Bidders who have not signed the attendance sheet will not be
accepted.
Security Requirement:
NIL security screening required, no access to sensitive
information or assets. Contractor personnel will be escorted in
specific areas of the facility / site as and where required by
Correctional Service Canada personnel or those authorized by CSC
to do so on its behalf.
Contractor personnel shall submit to a local verification of
identity / information by Correctional Service Canada, prior to
admittance to the facility / site. Correctional Service Canada
reserves the right to deny access to any facility / site part
thereof of any Contractor personnel, at any time.

Construction time: 12 weeks.
