Requirement:
Banff National Park requires a contractor to complete the roofing and HVAC rehabilitation of the Operations Compound. Construction includes the supply and installation of new roofing, new HVAC units, new boilers and distribution systems with the associated electrical upgrades. See specifications and drawings for further details on the requirement of this project.
Mandatory Site Visit:
There will be a site visit on April 19, 2017 at 2:00pm MDT. Interested bidders are to meet at the Banff Operations Compound, Asset Management Office, behind the Wardens Building located at 200 Hawk Avenue, Banff, AB.
The site visit for this project is MANDATORY. The representative of the bidder will be required to sign the Site Visit Attendance Sheet at the site visit. Bids submitted by Bidders who have not signed the attendance sheet will not be accepted.
Project Timeline:
The Contractor shall perform and complete all Work by December 31, 2017. See specifications for project milestones.

National Parks Regulations require that all work is to be performed in accordance with the ordinances, laws, rules and regulations set out in the National Park Act.
