Work Description
The works aiming at the structural rehabilitation of the lighthouse tower consist of, but not limited to :

Reinforcing the bases of the steel columns (8 columns);
Reinforcement of the junction ties of the prefabricated concrete panels, used as the exterior cladding;
The protection against corrosion of certain structural elements, such as the junction fasteners and the fasteners to the structure of the prefabricated concrete panels;
All and any other work as described in the work estimate;
Provide all materials necessary according to work plans

Length of Work
The Contractor must perform and complete all Work by November 30, 2021. See specifications for the project milestones.
