Description of Work:
The work covered by this contract includes the dismantling and repairs of the waterproof protection on the roof of the buildings located in Wapizagonke-Nord Camping.
Closing Date and Time: Thursday, May 11, 2017 - 2 :00 PM EDT
OPTIONAL SITE VISIT
It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held at 50 Chemin du Lac-Goulet, St-Mathieu-du-Parc, Quebec, G0X 1N0 on May 2, 2017. The site visit will begin at 9:00 EDT, in Operational Center of St-Mathieu-du-Parc.
Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than May 1st, 2017, 2:00 EDT to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend. Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance sheet. Bidders who do not attend or do not send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded from submitting a bid. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.
Construction Time:
The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work within six (6) weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer.
