DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
Parks Canada Agency has a requirement for construction services to rehabilitate the existing pavement infrastructure and replacement of culverts along the highway 430 in Gros Morne National Park, from km 14.6 to 28.6 (Section B) and Km 39.9 to 52.7 (Section D). Work includes culvert replacements, mass excavation, granular placement and repaving. Note that km 0.00 is located at the park entrance in Wiltondale and that km 40.117 is at the intersection to Lobster Cove Road.

Bid security is required.
Contractors must have $5,000,000.00 Liability Insurance Coverage and a Builder’s risk insurance.
CLOSING DATE AND TIME:
Monday March 20, 2017 at 1400 hrs. (EST)
Faxed submission will NOT be accepted. Only revisions will be accepted by fax.
SITE VISIT:
There will be no site visit.

DELIVERY DATE:
The Contractor shall perform and complete the work from Contract award to September 30, 2017.
