Work Description:
In general, the nature of work consists of light to heavy float repairs.
Work to be performed under this contract includes, but is not limited to replacement of concrete deck panels with new timber joists and timber decking, replacement of bull rail and fascia and repair of piles and mooring wells.
Site Visit:
Contractors are recommended to make inquiries necessary to become thoroughly acquainted with the nature and extent of the work.
There is no site visit scheduled for this solicitation.
Delivery Date:
The Contractor shall perform and complete the work by February 15, 2019.
Value of Project:
To assist with insurance requirements, this project is estimated to cost between $350,000.00 and $425,000.00.
