Requirement:
York Factory National Historic Site requires a contractor to perform all the work associated with the painting of the Depot Building, repairs of select windows as well as the installation of a new dock, stairs and winch on the site. See specifications and drawings for further details on the requirement of this project.

National Parks Regulations require that all work is to be performed in accordance with the ordinances, laws, rules and regulations set out in the National Park Act.
