Public Opening : There is a public opening scheduled for July 18, 2018 shortly after 3 pm at 40 Elgin Street, Ottawa, ON, 2nd floor next to the Security office.

Duration : The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work by September 30, 2018
Evaluation : Basis of award will be the bidder who meets all of the terms and conditions, and, who offers the NCC the lowest total amount.

Enquiries regarding this proposal must be submitted in writing as early as possible within the solicitation period. Enquiries should be received no later than July 12, 2018 at noon to allow sufficient time to provide a response. Enquiries received after that time may result in an answer not being provided. To ensure consistency and quality of the information provided to all Proponents, the Senior Contract Officer shall examine the content of the enquiry and shall decide whether or not to issue an amendment. All enquiries and other communications related to this proposal sent throughout the solicitation period are to be directed ONLY to the Senior Contract Officer named above. Non-compliance with this requirement during the solicitation period can, for that reason alone, result in disqualification of a proposal.
