A NON MANDATORY site visit will be held on Monday, September 15, 2014 at 10am Ottawa Time. The meeting place will be the intersection of Hwy 366 and Lac Philippe Rd, Masham, Qc. All costs incurred by the Bidder to attend the site visit will be at their expense. The NCC will not reimburse any Bidder for expenses related to the site visit
