Work Description:
The work required under this contract covers refurbishment of a
196m long section of both the North and South 150T crane rails
at the Esquimalt Graving Dock, located at 825 Admirals Road,
Victoria, BC.

Work will be performed in accordance with the contract schedules
within the scope of work.

Site Visit:
Contractors are recommended to visit the site prior to
submitting a tender for this work and to make inquiries or
investigations necessary to become thoroughly acquainted with
the site as well as the nature and extent of the work. A site
visit is scheduled on Wednesday, August 8th, 2012 at 10:00am
local time, at the Esquimalt Graving Dock, located at 825
Admirals Road, Victoria, BC. A maximum of two (2)
representatives per bidder will be permitted to examine the
sites.

Contractors are to meet at PWGSC Project Trailer located at 825
Admirals Road, Victoria, BC. Interested bidders are required to
provide their name(s) and company names to Ken Ngan at
k•••••••@•••••.••.ca prior to site visit. The front gate
commissionaires will only allow access to site if previous
visitor information is provided and name(s) appear on the
visitor list.

Delivery Date:
The work shall commence immediately upon official notification
of acceptance of tender by the Contracting Authority and is to
be completed within fifteen (15) weeks after contract award.
