The bid closing date is being amended to June 26, 2015.

This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid
solicitation number KM061-141223/A dated December 17, 2014 with
a closing date of January 27, 2015.

Environment Canada's (EC) Air Quality Research Branch requires
the supply and delivery of one (1) complete functional mobile
tower trailer system. The complete mobile tower must telescope
up to a fully extended height of at least 30m. The mobile tower
must come delivered mounted on a dual axle trailer that must
permit towing by a standard pickup truck or large SUV, equipped
with a hitch, and have a curb weight of no more than 4500 kg.

This prime purpose of the tower will be for field work that
requires mobility; it will be instrumented with a variety of
meteorological and air quality sensors.

Delivery of one (1) unit is required on or before 90 days after
contract award.

There is also the option to purchase one (1) additional unit
during the contract period. The Optional quantity may be
required by March 31, 2017,

It is intended to issue one contract as a result of this
solicitation.

A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation
and meet all mandatory requirements to be declared responsive.

The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be
recommended for award of contract.

details regarding this requirement, including the mandatory
evaluation criteria and basis of selection.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
