Nature of Requirements:
The Department of Public Works and Government Services, on
behalf of the Department of National Defence, has a requirement
for the supply and delivery of two (2) V-Nose Trailers in
accordance with the requirement description/specifications
detailed in Annex "B" and Annex "C".

The requirement includes an option to purchase up to 2 (two)
trailers and related items to be exercised with twelve (12)
months from the effective date of the contract.

Delivery date highly desirable on or before November 29, 2013.

The Trailers are to be delivered to Canadian Forces Bases (CFB)
Gagetown and CFB Petawawa.

DEBRIEFINGS:
After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the
request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of
receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The
debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.
