THIS NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT (NPP) AMENDMENT IS ISSUED TO
EXTEND THE CLOSING DATE OF THIS SOLICITATION FROM DECEMBER 19,
2012 TO JANUARY 4, 2013.
DESCRIPTION AND QUANTITIES
To procure twenty-seven (27) Enclosed Cargo Trailers and related
items grouped in four (4) different configurations for the
Department of National Defence (DND).
The requirement also includes the option to purchase up to
eithy-one (81) additional Enclosed Cargo Trailers and related
equipment over a period of twenty-four (24) months after
contract award.
DEBRIEFING
After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request
to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days of
receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The
debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.
DELIVERY
The delivery of the trailers is highly desirable within one
hundred twenty (120) days after contract award. Delivery shall
be made to up to four (4) addresses within two hundred and fifty
(250) km of Ottawa, ON.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
