This solicitation supersedes previous solicitation number NRCan-5000031611 dated June 12th, 2017 with a closing of July 5th, 2017 at 14:00 which no contract has been awarded.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Work wiil be to replacement, tests and commissioning of one new distribution center and transformers as per drawings.
OPTIONAL SITE VISIT:
 Laurentian Forestry 1055 rue du PEPS, Quebec, on November 24, 2017. The site visit will begin at 13:00 EST at the main entrance of the building.
MANDATORY CRITERIA AT CLOSING DATE
