Public Works and Government Services Canada has a requirement
for roof replacement of Pod G10 at the Northwest Atlantic
Fisheries Centre (NAFC), St. John's, NL. Work under this
contract consists of, but is not necessarily limited to, the
re-roofing of Pod G10 but also the removal and reinstallation of
the mechanical condensing unit, which must be carried out on a
weekend using a crane or lift to remove the unit from the
building and reinstate it following construction.

SERVICES - BID SECURITY REQUIREMENTS (GI) (2014-06-26) for the
Integrity Provisions applicable to this requirement.
