SCOPE OF WORK / DELIVERABLES
Work under this Contract includes but is not limited to the provision of all labour, materials, and equipment required to:
Mobilize to site with a work barge of appropriate size and certification;
Salvage:
Existing ATON appurtenances (lanterm, solar panels, batteries and battery box); and,
Existing ATON tower.
Remove and dispose of existing hand rails (building and pier cap);
Remove and dispose surplus abandoned utilities;
Demolish and remove existing building;
Complete pier repairs as detailed, including:
Partial depth removal of existing concrete;
Concrete patching; and,
Concrete crack sealing.
Install new reinforced concrete foundation above existing pier cap.
Install new 9.75m ATON towerTower has been fabricated with a splice ring and may be installed in two sections.
Install salvaged ATON equipment (Lantern/Solar Panels/Batteries).
Demobilize.
The following work will be undertaken by others and is hereby excluded:
EXPECTED START AND COMPLETION DATESThe services of the Contractor will be commencing upon award of the contract. The expected completion date of this project is October 31, 2017.
