The National Capital Commission is seeking the services of a contractor to replace the roof and increase the attic ventilation as per the tender documents.
The contractor shall provide all required tools, manpower and materials in order to complete the work respecting the schedule
A NON MANDATORY site visit will be held on June 5, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. Ottawa Time. The meeting place will be at Rideau Hall (Ottawa, Ontario) outside the gate off Princess Avenue.
All costs incurred by the Bidder to attend the site visit will be at their expense. The NCC will not reimburse any Bidder for expenses related to the site visit.
