The work includes the supply, installation, testing etc. as described in the Statement of Technical Requirements (STR) (Refer to electronic Attachment #1).
It is mandatory that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for site visit to be held on August 8, 2018 at 1:30 PM at the Keele Community Correctional Centre, Toronto, Ontario. Interested Bidders shall meet at the main entrance of the Keele Community Correctional Centre, 330 Keele St, Second Floor, Toronto, Ontario M6P 2K7. Bidders will be required to sign an attendance form at the site visit.
The Bidder must have at least one attendee at the site visit. All attendees must have at least one form of government issued ID (Driver’s license, Passport, etc.) available upon request.
The work is requested to be completed within 30 weeks after contract award.
After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
