Requirement:
The work consists of replacing the roof of the Waskesiu Firehall at Waskesiu Lake, SK in Prince Albert National Park of Canada.
Optional Site Visit:
It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held at 1300 Montreal Ave, Waskesiu Lake, SK on September 11, 2014. The site visit will begin at 11:00 AM CST at the Waskesiu Firehall – Prince Albert National Park.
Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting Authority before the optional site visit to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend. Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance sheet. Bidders who do not attend or do not send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded from submitting a bid. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.
Project Timeline:
The work must be completed on or before June 30, 2015.

National Parks Regulations require that all work is to be performed in accordance with the ordinances, laws, rules and regulations set out in the National Park Act.

Addenda, when issued, will be available from the Government of Canada tendering service. Bidders that elect to base their bids on documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk.
