MANDATORY REQUIREMENT
The bidder must confirm that he/she will provide a 10 Year
Guarantee issued by the Roofing Contractors Association of
British Columbia Guarantee Corp. (RGC). Bids not meeting the
mandatory requirement will be deemed non-responsive and will be
given NO further consideration.
Work Description:
Work under this Contract comprises reroofing of Community House
Buildings including cupola, dormer connector and shed roofs, and
mould remediation work.
Site Visit:
A Site Visit has been scheduled for 12 April 2012 at 10:00 am
local time. Interested Bidders are to meet at the PWGSC Mission

Delivery Date:
The work is to be completed within sixteeen (16) weeks after
contract award.

Value of Project:
To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project
is estimated to cost between
$800,000.00 to $900,000.00.
Firms intending to submit tenders for this project should obtain
tender (solicitation) documents through the MERX services
provider. Addenda when issued will be available from the MERX
services provider. Firms that elect to base their bid on tender
(solicitation) documents obtained from other sources do so at
their own risk and will be solely responsible to inform the bid
calling authority on their intention to bid. In all cases,
bidders must indicate (when requested) on the tender form the
identification number(s) of the addenda, if any, that they have
taken into consideration for their bid submission.
