SITE VISIT:
It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the
Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for a
tour of the work site. The site visit will be held on December
12, 2013 at 10:00am, at the main entrance of the 6099 Boul
Levesque East, Laval Quebec. Bidders who do not attend or send
a representative will not be given an alternative appointment
but they will not be precluded from submitting a bid. Any
clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from
the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid
solicitation.

Visitors must confirm their name to M. Nguyen Dan Long, SCC by
filling the form at least 48 hours before the visit for director
approbation. The form must be send by email or fax at the

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE SITE VISIT:

All tobaco and cell phone must be hide from direct view in their
vehicule;

Two (2) identitifcation cards must be presented at the
registration ( one with picture ex: driver licence, Quebec
insurance card);

All camera to take pisture will be registrred at the
registration;

The estimated cost for this opportunity is between $500,000 -
1,000,000$.
