Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) owns and operates various upper air weather stations across the country which focus on measurements of the upper atmosphere. This project will focus on the resupply of helium gas in support of the Modular HOGEN Project. ECCC requires the supply and fill of ECCC owned storage trailer with =95.00%) helium. Estimated capacity of storage trailer is approx. 2800m3. The Contract will include the option to purchase five (5) tube purge cycles to ensure helium quality within the tube reaches the 95% or above quality.
