Le présent marché est pour le compte du Ministère des Affaires étrangères, du Commerce et du Développement (MAECD).
Le marché est ouvert seulement aux titulaires d'un Arrangement en matière d'approvisionnement (AMA) de Services professionnels centrés sur les tâches (AAT) (E60ZN-15TSPS) qualifiés de niveau « 1 » = 0 $ à 2 M$, volet de Services-conseils en affaires et Services de gestion du changement.
Ce marché est ouvert seulement aux titulaires invités d’un SPTS centré sur les taches qualifiés d'après le Volet 2.12 - Expert-conseils en services d’évaluation.

Description du besoin
Le Ministère des Affaires étrangères, du Commerce et du Développement (MAECD) requiers les services d’un (1) évaluateur de niveau supérieur afin d’effectuer l’évaluation sommative du projet : Renforcement de la gestion de l’éducation.
Niveau de sécurité
Aucune exigence en matière de sécurité reliée au contrat.
Durée du contrat proposé
La durée du contrat proposé sera de neuf (9) mois et ce à partir de la date de signature du contrat.

TASK Based Professional Services (TSPS) Requirement
This requirement is for the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD).
It is open only to the Supply Arrangement Holders for Task Based Professional Services under E60ZN-15TSPS/ who qualified under “ 1 ” = $0-$2M stream for Business Consulting / Change Management Stream.
This requirement is open only to the invited TSPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under the stream for: 2.12 Evaluation Services Consultant.

Description of the requirement
The Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development requires the professional services of a (1) senior evaluator to perform name: Strengthening Management of the Education Sector
Security Requirement
No Security requirement for this contract.
Proposed period of contract
The proposed contract period shall be for nine (9) months from the date of the contract signature.
