TITLE: SINGING SANDS DAY USE AREA RENEWAL
DESCRIPTION OF WORK:Work covered by this Contract is for the upgrade of the Singing Sands Day Use Area which includes but is not limited to a new reception building, new storage area, an observation deck, parking lot including all the servicing, removals, utility implementations, grading works, and demolition of existing structures. Work in the new building includes electrical power and lighting, mechanical and plumbing systems, architectural, structural and site work. FII Proj 950
DELIVERY DATE: The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work on or before March 01, 2018
