PROJECT IDENTIFICATION: R.042799.002, DND Lockers/Shower
Renovation, 101 Colonel By Drive, Ottawa, Ontario
Project description:
The project consists in renovating the men's shower/locker room
located on level 5 of the north tower at 101 Colonel By Dr in
Ottawa, improving the functionnality of the space and the
overall aesthetics.
Work is to be completed within (20) weeks after contract award.
The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following
category: $250,001-$500,000.
MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT:
This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement. At
bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Designated
Organization Screening (DOS). Failure to comply with this
requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and no further
consideration will be given to the Bid.
OPTIONAL SITE VISIT:
There will be a site visit on August 30 2012 at 10:00 A.M.
Interested bidders shall meet at Mackenzie visitor's entrance,
101 Colonel By Drive, Ottawa, Ontario.
Please note: The names of each individual attending the site
visit, their date of birth, along with the name of the firm they
represent, must be provided to the Contractual Authority by
August 28, 2012 at 12:00 P.M.
