Pursuant to GI01 of General Instructions to Bidders R2710T,
bidders must submit the following as part of their bid:

a. a complete list of names of all individuals who are currently
directors of the Bidder and

b. a properly completed and signed consent form, for each
individual named in the aforementioned list. The form

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT
The bidder must confirm that he/she will provide a 5 Year
Guarantee issued by the Roofing Contractors Association of
British Columbia Guarantee Corp. (RGC). Bids not meeting the
mandatory requirement will be deemed non-responsive and will be
given NO further consideration.

Work Description:
Work to be performed under this contract includes, but is not
limited to, the following items covered further in the contract
documents:
1. Roof membrane replacement
2. Localized EIFS wall replacements
3. EIFS sealant renewal

Delivery Date:
The work is to be completed within ten (10) weeks after contract
award.

Site Visit:
Contractors are strongly recommended to visit the site prior to
submitting a tender for this work and to make enquiries or
investigations necessary to become thoroughly acquainted with
the site as well as the nature and extent of the work.

A Site Visit has been scheduled for 24 July 2012 at 9:00 am
local time. Interested Bidders are to meet at the International
Traffic Building Lobby, Canada Border Services Agency,
Abbotsford Huntingdon Port of Entry, 2 Sumas Way, Huntingdon,
B.C.

Value of Project:
To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project
is estimated to cost between
$150,000.00 to $200,000.00

services provider. Firms that elect to base their bid on tender
(solicitation) documents obtained from other sources do so at
their own risk and will be solely responsible to inform the bid

taken into consideration for their bid submission.
