BID CLOSING DATE IS EXTENDED TO DECEMBER 13TH, 2016.
This is a project for office renovation and fit up. Construction project includes: Demolition and building up walls to meet client standard, modifications to existing HVAC and electrical systems, new roof top unit and window upgrades.
MANDATORY SITE VISIT
A mandatory site visit is scheduled for December 1st, 2016 at 12:00pm. Interested bidders are to meet at 105 Christina Street, Sarnia, Ontario N7T 2M7. Bidders must sign Site Visit Attendance Form.
The site visit for this project is MANDATORY. The representative of the bidder will be required to sign the Site Visit Attendance Sheet at the site visit. Bids submitted by Bidders who have not signed the attendance sheet will not be accepted, Bidders are requested to register with the Contracting Officer, Julie Adler Brooks in writing by fax (416) 512-5862 or e-mail j••••••••@•••••.••.caprior to the site visit.
The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work within eight (8) weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer.
Drawings and Specifications are now available for viewing and downloading in a Portable Document Format (PDF) or in a standard paper version. Tenderers should note that Attachment 2 (ATT 2) contains the Drawings and Specifications Package (DSP) which consists of PDF files organized in an industry recognized directory structure.
