Work under the proposed contract comprises the furnishing of all
labour, material, equipment, transportation and supervision
required to provide office renovations in various areas of the
RCMP F Division Headquarters building in Regina, Saskatchewan.
Work will also include the supply and installation of a new
paint spray booth and fireproofing of a ceiling in an electrical
room along with renovations to the Provost area, as more fully
described in the drawings and specifications.

There will be an Optional site visit on July 26, 2012 at 10:30
a.m. Interested bidders
are to meet at the RCMP Works Building # 106 Reception Area,
RCMP Training
Academy, Regina, Saskatchewan. Contractors attending the SITE
VISIT are required to
show one (1) piece of government issued ID, such as a Drivers
License.

Drawings and Specifications are available for viewing and
downloading in a Portable Document Format (PDF) or in a standard
paper version. Tenderers should note that Attachment 1 (ATT 1)
contains the Drawings and Specifications Package (DSP) which
consists of PDF files organized in an industry recognized
directory structure.

It is the responsibility of the Tenderer to ensure that all
addenda issued prior to tender closing have been obtained and
addressed in the submitted tender.
