The work constitutes a renovation of washrooms on the second and
third floors. This work includes, without limitation:
- Demolition of finishes, plumbing and lighting fixtures;
- Plumbing and electrical work;
- Installation of new finishes, accessories and built-in
furniture.
SITE VISIT: There will be a optional but strongly recommended
site visit on August 14th 2012 at 10h00 am. Interested bidders
are to meet at the following address: Health Canada, 1001
St-Laurent (Longueuil).
The estimated cost for this opportunity is between $ 250,001.00

Drawings and Specifications are now available for viewing and
downloading in a Portable Document Format (PDF) or in a standard
paper version. Tenderers should note that Attachment 1 (ATT 1)
contains the Drawings and Specifications Package (DSP) which
consists of PDF files organized in an industry recognized
directory structure.
