Work under this contract is to reclad the Research Building with new brick masonry veneer and repair the exterior EIFS-clad walls of the Radar Building. Repairs are required to address existing deterioration and correct problems associated with water ingress into the building envelope. This work will be carried out in three phases: Phase one for the Radar Building and two separate phases for the Research Building all to be carried out within the same period to facilitate minimum interference to Radar operations and staff occupied in the offices.
